From “Groundswell” to “All of Society”

As a COP26 Fellow, Tom Hale is exploring how local governments, business, and civil society can contribute to the implementation phase of the Paris Agreement. By convening these actors alongside the UNFCCC Parties, and by supporting the COP26 Race To Zero campaign, this project will inform policymaking around their future role in the UNFCCC and strengthen the “action agenda” at COP26.
