I am a Research Associate in the Oxford Programme for Sustainable Infrastructure Systems and the Global Finance & Economy Group at the Environmental Change Institute and the Lead on Risk Analytics for Adaptation Finance in the Resilient Planet Finance Lab. I also hold a part-time position at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science. My current research focuses on climate risk analytics to support adaptation finance, particularly in Emerging and Developing Economies. This includes research on climate resilient infrastructure, sovereign climate risk and adaptation, climate financial risk from extreme events, and the risk and resilience of refugee camps. I completed my PhD at the University of Leeds in 2022. My research was focussed on the evaluation and application of global flood risk data. I come from an engineering background, having received my MEng (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Leeds.
