Samira is a computational economist who works on the distributional burden of climate change within and across developing relying on earth observation/satellite data, big (geospatial) data and traditional social science data sources in combination of machine learning and econometrics to generate quantitative insight into regions where insight would otherwise not be possible when relying on traditional analytical approaches.
