“It won’t be long before the victims of climate change make the west pay”

Following a meeting at the Global Strategic Trends meeting in Trinity College, Oxford, Chris Huhne wrote an opinion piece in The Guardian newspaper outlining the growing case that climate change attribution will soon have enough evidence to allow ‘victims of climate change’ to seem compensation. Citing a range of studies and experts, including Prof Richard Washington, Mr Huhne highlights the imperative for a strong global political governance to manage the crisis.
