Barbara Harriss-White

Professor Emeritus of Development Studies

Barbara is interested in the political economy of solar energy, the economy as a waste-producing system (agriculture and GHGs – and the informal economy of small-town waste production and disposal, India, and  in applications of the concepts of restitution and restoration to nature and associated policies.
